returns policy

We want you to love your products from Little Blue Nest and be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand there may be times you need to return items. Returns are handled on a case by case basis so please review the main steps below to ensure a smooth process.

We will gladly exchange or refund any purchases made within 14 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the return cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not worn, used or washed and in the original Little Blue Nest packaging.

Please note, we will only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased though littlebluenest.com online shop. Products purchased from other retailers including Amazon need to be returned to that specific retailer.

  1.  Contact us - In order to arrange the return, please contact us at hello@littlebluenest.com within 14 days of receiving your order stating the reason for the return.
  2.  Send your items back to us - Please include your original packing slip or order number.
  3. Please send items in the post to the address below - We recommend using a recorded service and proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit so please package sufficiently. Nor do we cover the costs of returning goods.

Exchanges

Items are exchangeable for different products of the same value. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

Sales items

Items purchased during a sale period are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued to the original purchasers credit / debit card only, less the original delivery cost.

Defects

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product(s) relating to shortages, quality or specification please let us know within 5 days of receipt of delivery. We'll then ask for the product(s) to be returned for assessment prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
