UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £60

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Business (24® or 48® Services). Delivery is calculated at checkout but goes like this:

Please note: Delivery times are from dispatch and not from order date. Order processing time vary but expect between 1-3 working days as standard.

We also offer a Next Day fully tracked service with DHL

International Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Business International Tracked services and UPS when your order is more than 2KG. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout but goes like this:

 
All orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to duty, VAT and local taxes. Before placing an order we strongly advise that you check customs formalities in the receiving country.

Returns policy

We hope you love your products, but we understand there may be times you need to return items. Returns are handled on a case by case basis so please contact us here so we can advise more.

Generally the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within 30 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the return cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not opened, worn. used or washed and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. Products purchased from other retailers including Amazon need to be returned to the retailer you purchased from.
